Dr. McVey grew up in Cincinnati and graduated from Finneytown High School in 1976. He received his Bachelor's degree in Medical Biology, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Utah. He attended the College of Dentistry at The Ohio State University and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1986.

His wife, Kathy, is a Registered Nurse. Together they have three children, two sons and a daughter.

He describes himself as an avid music buff, who also enjoys golf, watching his kids participate in sports, and spending time with family and friends.

He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association, the Cincinnati Dental Society, and an Associate member of the Chicago Dental Society.

Dr. McVey also serves on the Peer Review Committee for the Cincinnati Dental Society.

Karen is a registered Dental Hygienist and has worked for Dr. McVey since 1991. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati, Raymond Walters Branch, in 1977. Through the years Karen has worked in both general and pediatric dental offices.She and her husband, Ed, love to travel in their free time.

Bev, our Receptionist, started in dentistry in 1983. She has worked for Dr. McVey since 2000. She and her husband, Russ, have been married for 22 years.They have a 16 year old son. She enjoys reading, computers, gardening, short walks, and swimming.

Cindy has been a Dental Hygienist for 28 years. She graduated and received her dental hygiene degree from Raymond Walters College. She has worked for Dr. McVey since 1991. Cindy and her husband, Jim, have two daughters. She enjoys reading and traveling in her free time.

Chris, our Dental Assistant, has been a dental assistant for 19 years and is new to the practice. She and her husband Steve enjoy traveling, scuba diving, and hiking. They have 3 cats and a horse.
